What is it?
It's an online activity made up of a series of questions. It's designed to help you make the most suitable career decisions based on what you think is most important in a job.
How does it work?
The first section of the tool is an activity to help you understand:
- how do I make decisions?
- what do I value in a career?
The second section asks you to rate the career values in order of importance. This will help you think about how these values are being met in your existing job. It also helps you to think about how your values have been met in previous jobs and in any unpaid work. You can compare the results and this will help you think about aspects of your career and what is important to you.
How long does it take to do the assessment?
It takes around 10 minutes but you can work at your own pace and take as long as you want.
Will my details be confidential?
The information you enter and your personal profile can only be seen by you.
