You can call the Careers Advice Service on 0800 100 900 to talk in confidence to one of our friendly, trained advisers.
We can give you free advice on jobs, courses, paying for your training or finding childcare. Don't worry if you can't call during the day as we're here from 8am to 10pm seven days a week.
